The position of Head of Business Department at Star Global plays a role in managing and developing the company's business activities in the field of 3D/360 digital technology. You will directly build the business plan, manage the Sales team, and coordinate with related departments to ensure revenue targets and customer development.
This position is suitable for candidates with a business mindset, team management skills, and a desire to grow in a technology – solution – B2B environment.
Responsible
- Establish, allocate targets, and implement the company's business plan to achieve growth and sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
- Responsible for participating in the recruitment, training, management, and monitoring of the performance of the sales team;
- Consult solutions that fit the needs and budget of customers. Directly support team members in presentations, negotiations, and contract signing with customers;
- Update and monitor information and project progress, ensuring compliance with commitments made in contracts signed with customers and partners;
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners. Execute and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales;
- Update the status of competitors and new products, as well as information and market fluctuations for the Board of Directors;
- Build a training document library and training programs for the Sales & Marketing team;
- Manage customer information and monitor the update status of Sales staff on the CRM database system;
- Build and optimize processes to increase the conversion rate from potential customers to contracts;
- Analyze business results and develop plans to improve performance. Monitor business data and prepare weekly/monthly revenue reports;
- Promote team culture, drive team sales;
- Participate in supporting the implementation of bidding documents related to the department's expertise;
- Other tasks as required by the management.
Request
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Development Specialist position or equivalent roles;
- Leadership ability, motivation, management and evaluation of work effectiveness, policy development. Self-motivated, able to set specific goals and focus on achieving them;
- High sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and travel when required;
- Sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Organizational and time management skills; Relationship building and networking skills;
- Basic English communication.

- Experience in managing and developing teams;

- Proficient in using CRM software.
