As the Head of the Finance - Accounting Department at Star Global, you will be responsible for managing and operating all financial and accounting activities of the Company, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in financial resource management.
We are looking for candidates with management thinking, the ability to control data, and proactively build a systematic financial - accounting system, accompanying the development of the 3D/360 digital technology enterprise.
The position is suitable for candidates who wish to develop in-depth in the field of corporate finance, directly participating in the planning, controlling, and optimizing the efficiency of the Company's business operations.
Responsible
- Accounting, checking arising economic transactions and creating summary entries on MISA online software.
- Check the balance between summary and detailed accounting data.
- Prepare tax reports, periodic financial reports, and other reports as required.
- Prepare budget estimates, create periodic payment plans.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable.
- Check and monitor economic contracts.
- Work with banks and tax authorities when necessary.
- Collect, store, preserve documents, and ensure the confidentiality of accounting data.
- Support bidding documents on the site:muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn.
- Other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
Request
- Graduated from University majoring in Accounting, Auditing, or General Finance, ...
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in equivalent positions in the Accounting Department.
- Proficient in Misa Amis accounting software, with good skills in office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting practices, with the ability to organize and arrange information well and clearly.
- Meets several skills such as: careful, meticulous in work, able to work persistently with numbers, good teamwork, clear and accurate planning and reporting,...
- Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Experience managing the Finance - Accounting Department in a technology company, project, or construction.
- Experience working with bidding documents, project settlement, or procedures related to government agencies.
- Understanding of corporate financial management systems, cash flow, and optimizing operating costs.
- Experience in financial data analysis, preparing management reports, and controlling project costs.
