CEO - Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall operation of the business, developing growth strategies, and directing operations in line with the growth objectives of Star Global.

This position will work directly with the Board of Directors and departments in product development, market expansion, building operational systems, and developing teams to promote sustainable growth in the field of 3D/360 digitization technology and digital transformation.

Responsible

  • Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term growth strategies for the Company.
  • Manage, oversee, and supervise all operational activities of the departments within the business.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop business strategies, product development, and market expansion.
  • Establish a corporate governance system, operational processes, and coordination mechanisms between departments.
  • Control the effectiveness of business operations, finance, human resources, and the progress of the Company's projects.
  • Direct the development of technology products, digitization solutions, and the service ecosystem of the business.
  • Build and develop the management team, enhance operational capacity, and corporate culture.
  • Represent the Company in dealings with partners, customers, government agencies, and related organizations.
  • Report on business performance and operational status to the Board of Directors/Management periodically.
  • Perform other tasks according to the company's development orientation.

Request

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in an executive management or senior management position.
  • Have strategic thinking, planning ability, and organizational skills for business operations.
  • Have the ability to build teams, develop systems, and manage work effectively.
  • Have leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have the ability to analyze the market, product orientation, and business development.
  • Be proactive, decisive, have a high sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand high work pressure.
  • Have the ability to use business management tools, reporting, and system operations.
  • English communication and working proficiency.

  • Have experience in managing technology businesses, startups, or fast-growing companies.
  • Have experience in technology, digital transformation, software,...
  • Have experience in building KPI systems, OKRs, ERP, or business management processes.
  • Have the ability to connect in the fields of technology, real estate, tourism, education, museums, and industrial zones.
  • Have an innovative mindset, the ability to quickly adapt to technology trends and digital transformation.
