As a member of the Business Department at Star Global, you will directly participate in bringing 3D/360 technology solutions to businesses, contributing to changing the way customers experience spaces, products, and services in the digital age.
This is not just a sales position, but an opportunity for you to consult on solutions – close high-value projects – expand relationships with businesses, while also developing income commensurate with your capabilities.
We are looking for candidates who are confident, proactive, love business, and are ready to break through with large-scale technology projects both domestically and internationally.
Take responsibility
- Connect, approach, identify requirements, and evaluate potential customers.
- Present solutions, exchange product and service consultations, and demo for customers and investors regarding the ecosystem of "Smart Interactive 3D/360 Web/App" products.
- Build a customer data system. Proactively care for, follow up, and maintain long-term relationships with customers through sales activities.
- Draft quotes, contracts, monitor payment progress, and project progress.
- Research and analyze market conditions, customer needs, operational directions, and implementation programs.
- Report, communicate, and address business issues with the management board or relevant departments when issues arise that need to be handled.
- Build a training document library, sales processes, customer service, and training programs for the Sales & Marketing team.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to enhance communication, educate the market, contribute to and optimize communication and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Participate in supporting the implementation of bidding documents related to the department's expertise.
- Other tasks as directed by the Department Head and the Board of Directors.
Request
- Graduated from University or College with a major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Business Development position or similar roles.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, Hubspot.
- Possess presentation, persuasion, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in selling solutions or software to B2B clients.
If there is, it is an advantage
- Have experience working in technology, software, digital transformation, or B2B solutions.
- Have a client portfolio or network in real estate, tourism, education, etc.
- Proficient in CRM tools.
- Ability to read and understand documents, and communicate basic English in work.
