3D Design Specialist

As a member of the Project Department at Star Global, you will participate in the design and development of 3D/360 spaces and 3D models for the Smart Interactive 3D/360 Digital Twin platform. The job includes building 3D models, reconstructing spaces from real data, graphic processing, and creating vibrant visual experiences for users.
This position is suitable for candidates with a creative mindset, a passion for 3D technology, the ability to translate ideas into visual images, and a desire for long-term development in the field of spatial digitization and digital transformation.
Responsible
- Design 3D simulated spaces of projects according to the ideas and requirements of the Client.
- Support the processing of 3D/360 data from the Technical Department to transfer graphic products into the 3D/360 application.
- Redraw 3D models from 2D drawings and images. Reconstruct 3D drawings from actual state data obtained from 3D scanners.
- Create perspectives and apply materials for the 3D model. Run renders and export 360 images from the 3D model for inclusion in the Virtual Tour.
- Design a set of 3D icons and 3D effects for the "3D/360 Interactive Web/App" product interface to enhance user experience.
- Create animated videos and simulations from the designed 3D spaces and models.
- Support the Application team and the Project team in processing data collected from the projects.
- Build new processes, improve existing processes, and compile related work instruction documents.
- Participate in supporting the implementation of bidding documents related to the department's expertise.
- Other tasks as directed by the Department Head and the Board of Directors.

- Graduated from University/College in Architecture, Industrial Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields,...
- At least 1 year of experience in 3D interior design or other related fields,...
- Proficient in one of the 3D design software such as Sketchup, 3DMax, AutoCad...
- Skilled in using graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw....
- Read and understand drawings well, passionate about computer drawing work.
- Ability to think independently, creativity, and presentation of design ideas.
- Have a spirit of innovation, humility, determination, and high responsibility in work.
- Ensure skills such as: effective time management, reasonable work arrangement, teamwork, planning, reporting, predicting causes and handling problems - situations quickly,...
- Be careful, maintain absolute information security, eager to learn, quick to grasp and absorb, proactively update new technology trends.
If there is, it is an advantage
- Experience in UI/UX design or creating 3D effects for Web/App products.
- Experience working on 3D/360 projects, Virtual Tours, real estate, architecture, or interactive technology products.
- Experience processing data from 3D scanners or reconstructing models from real data.
- Knowledge of Blender, Zbrush...
- Able to drive a car, willing to assist with transportation when participating in real projects is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand specialized English documents or basic communication in work.
